CS GO is free ?

With CSGO being as competitive as it is (and having spectators freely available, as well as match moderators) I highly doubt you'll get away with any kind of cheating. If you actually meant spamming, I'm not quite sure why you'd want to do that. Just copy paste something into chat a bunch of times lol...
Check out G2A. You can usually buy Steam games a little cheaper there.
