What Adc is good on silver division?

Definitely Miss Fortune. Requires basically no mechanical skills. Just try to double up off of minions in lane and hope for a good bounce to poke the enemy down. Build lethality (Unless the enemy team is full of tanks) and just try to look for ult opportunities.
