Printer Compatibility issue with Windows system

#1 I am using an Epson printer for about a couple of years and I have never faced any errors with it, but after I had updated the windows system, it shows a compatibility issue suddenly. I have reported it on Epson printer Repair to fix this issue, but they haven't replied yet. I need some immediate solution.
