Fortnite Any help?

Hey guys , so I'm sorry for saying this but I live in Syria so I can't buy V-BUCKS inside fortnite cuz paypal is blocked in here so you can not create accounts and we don't have international credit cards, so I was wondering If any one of you can help me out and maybe gift me a skin I would really really appreciate it
