Xon's User Upgrade Permissions (2.0.1) for XenForo 2

Hello!

A very interesting addon because it, in combination with User Essentials, has some great extended user upgrade functionality (e.g. slotted, trusted-only upgrades, etc.).

Unfortunately, sincethe addon is so new, it is literally no where to be found!

If anyone has this and would like to release it, I'd seriously appreciate it.
