Should Tracer players try Brigitte and Wrecking ball?

Brigitte: OP, annoying shut-down stun support. Will fuck you over and has a really op kit, decently fun to play.

Wrecking Ball: Weak in every aspect, BUT he can hold a point for days and thats why he is considered OP. even tho everything else he does is useless.
