There's really no point in looking back at times that you regret, it'll just cause you to get anxious when you try to experience memories and be focused on what happened in the past. It's really not good for you. Just try to learn from whatever you currently regret doing and build on it, focus on what's best for you in the long run. Ultimately, you cannot change anything, so there's no point focusing on the unchangeable.
I just go by what I want now. Sure, I could've made better decisions, but they no longer matter to what I do or who I am now.
