Need a first Anime to watch

Sakurasou was probably the best anime to get into. It's extremely reslisic, going over some rough subjects, but not too rough. It is written and animated beautifully.
After watching that I recommend you watch the Flower we saw that day. That shit is absolutely heart wrenching
