Some of these are entirely meant as jokes, like Saiki K. or Sakamoto. While others are more of a mix between action and comedy, like Naruto or Stray Dogs. Others have a more serious and gore like theme to it like Death Note or Anjin. Then we have shows like Hero =/= Mask which mimics more western genres like James Bond or Hellsing which is more akin to a traditional "Van Helsing" like tale.
