Would Leaks I Download Effect My Server On GMOD?

I'm looking to start a gmodserver but I'm not looking to spend a whole lot of money just to get some loading screens and some add-ons. I was wondering if I were to incorporatesome of these leaks would I possiblyget banned or my server terminated?
