If you mean to insert videos on your site, it depends on your service provider, not on the content but on the bandwidth you need to share the consumption of the videos.

If you mean to insert them from other sites, in theory you can do it with an iframe but not all hostings allow you to insert external multimedia elements.

and if you have an https domain you should verify that the server that stores the videos has the same content in https otherwise it will always send an unsafe site warning because it contains unsafe external links
