Fallout Fallout 76 Refund Process

So on the 21st of December, I finally decided to refund Fallout76 which I had purchased but was unable to play due to a massive volume of broken content. I decided to contact their support, I'll update this with the status as their official response is rather, well, stupid?

I initially decided to refund this because of the reasons above but also because I wanted to first hand, see how they would deal with this.

I fail to see why I am not entitled to a refund when I bought a product that I cannot play in any way.

If I am correct are you telling me that you, Bethesda, are happy to have taken my money and given me a download? A download in which cannot be played due to a massive amount of failure on your behalf?
