Why can't you see the north star at ALL below the equator, if the earth is flat? Shouldn't the stars be exactly the same if the earth is flat? If the earth is flat, we should have 12 hours of sun and 12 hours of darkness per day year round like at the equator, why the further from the equator you go, does the amount of night/day change depending on the season? How can the sun possibly shine longer on one part of the earth than another if the earth is flat?
