What do you do when your internet is out?

It's always important to know the IP addresses of your gateways. Before that make sure that your modem or internet providing device has power. Ask around if anybody else has connectivity with that device. Power cycle the router/modem. Try pinging the router. Check to see if DNS is resolving...

Try some of these things. If all else fails call your ISP.
