Requests in the Premium area

Im just gonna go out here and say i dont want it, its fine if it happens, it wont affect me, i just dont think there is a reason to. But if enough people want it, sure go for it, it wont hurt anyone and it wouldnt take long, i just worry it being an abandonded place.
