Whats best ? AWP or SCOUT

Obviously, this question is entirely unanswerable from a player standpoint rather than pure damage. Every gun in csgo is entirely situational and if used correctly can turn the tide of the round. If you don't have money for an awp then you could use a scout to still have that sniper/long distance advantage.
