You have to control lots of things like:

-Recoil
-Spray Patterns
-Game Knowledge
-Utilities (Smoke, FlashBangs)
-Map Callouts
-When to Push
-Sounds

If you dominate all that things you'll have a better time in the game. You have to play lots of hours.
