What Champ is an insta ban for you?

OMG I ban le blanc everytime because I play fiddlesticks. I hate how le blanc can teleport and teleport back while poking the enemy easily! I don't know how to counter that! But if she is banned, I usually go for Zoe next because of her over powered q
