Sure, Torb has a left click similar to Mccree, except it is far harder to hit since it's projectile. Maybe his right click is similar to reaper, but it has a slower fire rate, does less damage, burns through ammo insanely fast, and now, reaper has 50% lifesteal, which Torb doesn't have. His E is Torb's only really good ability, because it means that you should be able to 1v1 almost any squishy hero and win. However, this is on an extremely lengthy cooldown, compared to other abilities which are almost as good such as shield bash and flashbang, it isn't actually that amazing. I'm not sure whether you were joking about his hammer being Reinhardt, but to set the records straight, he has a far slower fire rate, cannot shield, hammer or firestrike in between swings, it has far less reach, and he doesn't have 400 health and 100 armour to survive while swinging, no 2000hp shield to use when backing out, and no charge to be used offensively or defensively. Add to that you need to swap off your gun, and his hammer is simply worse than his right click and is only ever used as a joke. Torbjorn's turret only does 54dps, which is quite low, and it is VERY easily target and destroyed with a meager 250 hit points sitting stationary usually sitting on point or a highground. His ult is okay, but it often isn't enough to span a whole objective, and most of the time, good teams will just wait for the ult to end. So to answer your question; is Torbjorn OP? No. He is actually still very underpowered or niche at best, as shown by his pickrate being one of the lowest in the game across all ranks of competitive play.
