Favorite Mods?

I really like Big Reactors, EnderIO, Immersive Engineering, the Thermal series, and Mekanism.
There are tons more that I like but that's just a few.
My favorite modpacks are FTB: Infinity, Tekkit, and a pack I made for myself.
