Ever had Sleep Paralysis? Short story, but a true one

Something similar has happened to me and its a freaky experience! the feeling of being conscious but unable to move or snap out it is scary to say the least. When it happened to me when i tried to move ide hear like wierd grinding noises or bolts of electricity noises i know it sounds weird but i swear on it!
