#3 Oh boy! I think the first game on a phone I ever played was snake, like @PCTipsGR. It would have been one of the first phones after the iconic Nokia 3310 
In terms of smartphone games, It was probably one of the fluid sim or physics games that were popular when things like the first gen iPod touch came out.
