Ore Generator recoded.

This is a plugin created for the sake of replacing a similar one that having a backdoor feature that gives player * permissiion when typing commands. Contribution is appriciated, the only difference with other Ore Generator plugin is that this one could combine with Fence + Lava/Water to make a generator.


- New way of interacting, allowing Water + Block, Block + Lava, Water + Lava at the same time (Other than only Fence + Water)
- Block system for new creation
- Retain the original language of Cobble Gen
- Without beating enough blocks is a bonus, but you can use EZBlocks
- Eliminate redundant commands, you see, some plugins that contain such functions as Imgur. Causing others to have rights * when they don't have oregen3.reload rights, for example. Although this is quite good for Server security, I find it redundant, so I dropped it. Banbeucmas / Oregen3
