Pretty sure we had this before but it was removed, could be wrong but I know Amn did make this plugin.

Alright so those three were the best ones I had seen in general since they were focusing on Credits which have little value.
Based on the options I have to say I really liked sysmo's suggestion to allow users to bet against each other in RPS.
