Should csgo be free?

I feel like hacking isnt the issue with free CS:GO, the main issue is just noobs ruining your gameplay. When it costs money, you dont have to worry as much about being teamed with somone who has NO clue what they are doing. Another issue is squeakers on the team-chat, which happens in any free game, but eh, you get used too it.
