Probably a template from YouTube or something. They release a lot of logo packs and stuff.

exactly, if people do graphics for a hobby and for fun, nobody should pay.

People also need to make money for a living or even on the side for some pocket money. If you are skilled in something that others have a demand for then you should be able to charge for that service.
