One thing you've got to bear in mind is that the crypto rush in late 2017 was just greed manifested. The fact they've been stable indicates cryptos have gone through the hype and are finally on a more realistic implementation course. This is normal in technology adaption cycles.
90% of the 2000 or so cryptocurrencies served no real value to users, and within a few years we'll see actual utilisation. If you have any cryptos, I'd suggest keeping them for a few years if you're not strapped for cash. Until then, forget about them and move on to other ventures.
