Worth playing MM in CS:GO?

Is it worth playing MM in CS:GO? In every game, there is at least one cheater, unless you trust factor is high.
I have high trust factor, but still cheaters.

In my opinion, there's 2 solutions:
1.Quit CS:GO.
2.Go playFaceit, ESEA, Popflash or any other third party websites, where's less cheaters.
