Best way to climb up elo without tilting?

Don't play after 3 loses in a row. Take a break. In platinum they still don't know about macro and mechanic level is close-to-gold/silver.
BEST TIP: Why tilt? They lose too. And with the new ranked system if they don't try they won't climb near platinum xD.
