You do your first rotation , look for a gank or b for your first buy. After that depending on objectives on the map you wanna look for a clear top or bot side and go for ganks, early successfull ganks guarantees a snowball, if you can snowball your bot lane you are probably going to win since you can peal for your adc quite nicely with your R and E.
