What would you do if you won the 1 million$

Spend 300K for my family and own basic need: House, Car (all in common level).
Spend 400K in investment plan
Spend 100K for starting a startup business (Software business in my skill)
Spend 200K in some plan that can help others in need. (not giving money, but whatever can help them to be independent again)
