Seems to be something with the css. If you are using cloudflare make sure the purge the cache

I've disabled cloudflare at the moment until I get everything setup.

But I've deleted both files manually and installed them, and it still does the same thing

That is strange, i'll try installing it on my local host to see if it works.

Knowing my luck it'll work perfect for you and shitty for me XD
