School problems

I remember this time in high school we had a fire alarm, like for a legit fire. For some reason I instinctually grabbed my bag. It was the final period, so when school ended, I had my shit, I just went home because my mom had come to pick me up that day. I felt bad for everybody else who had to stay till like 2 hours past school to go back in and grab their stuff, but hey, I got my homework done nice and early and chilled out the rest of the day and skipped a boring lecture on why my opinions on a book are wrong.
