I am all about watching shows and movies of the fantasy genre and there are many shows i could recommend. Here are just a few:
1)The vampire diaries (the title says it all, am i right? its super intriguing. once you get into it, you wont stop till the end. all sorts of creatures have powers. there are vampires-duh-, werewolves, witches, demons and what not)
2)The originals (this show is actually a spin-off to the vampire diaries, so watch tvd before watching this one)
3)The umbrella academy (i havent actually watched this one myself but my friends have and i believe they have great taste. the basic concept is that one day a few women wake up pregnant all of a sudden and this man comes to these ladies and asks to buy their child, that is delivered the same day (crazy, i know, but brilliant), skip to about 16-17(not sure about the time gap actually) years later and these kids have mad powers, they are raised up together and its really amazing)
4)Shadowhunters (I have read all the lengthy books that this show is based on and i was a little nervous about watching this one but it turned out great. it is the ultimatum of all super powers and the story is pretty damn unique. it follows this girl who's world flips upside down on her birthday when her mom is kidnapped and she realises she had been lied to all her life. she is a shadowhunter by blood. shadow hunters are the good guys who kill demons of the world. also, surprise, all the mythical creatures, vampires, witches, werewolves, mermaids, fairies, they all exist)
5) The OA (Now this is one tricky show. Its tough to follow and you dont really understand whats going on for a while but it starts making sense a few episodes in)

I do realise this list is very typical teenage collection but i appreciate these shows so i typed it all out Smile

and if you dont like these, you can always browse the sci-fi and fantasy section.
