With gauntlet, Thanos wins.
Without gauntlet, DP wins.
The gauntlet is what Thanos's fighting is entirely based on besides normal weapons.
Without the gauntlet, DP would be able to heal any damage done to him as long as it isn't losing limbs worthy.
