Problem with installing ipboard 4.4

I would say check the error logs to see if there is any errors being generated that the installer doesn't show or know how to deal with. I would also check that the installation index file actually has contents and try outputting content in the file directly to see if it's loading the page correctly at all. You might also wanna make sure that in the install file that the path to the init file in the root directory is correct. I also recommend checking that .htaccess isn't messing with your URLs at all, whether it be in the root of your IPS directory or within the admin/install directory.
