Jinx for ever

I think jinx is in the weird spot of being really bad in lane and unlike most other adc that are bad in lane she is also not great against tanks. jinx is really good against squishy teams since she can AoE them down from distance. to kill a tank she needs the minigun which puts her really close to danger. if she'll see play at all it will be in a teamcomp heavily build around protecting her.
