Did your account ever got hacked?

My account got hacked back in 2013.. I couldn't get it back after continuous contact with Mojang and their copy and paste responses of "Please provide us your transaction ID blah blah". After 5+ years of a ticket after I was told to give a transaction ID, one support agent asked for location of purchase and when I purchased the code and I actually got it back last week. Best support person ever!
