Simple Dark Thread Design

It's OK, but I would simplify that grey area. Now, there are two grey colors, with one lighter grey shape, that looks like a head for me. That's too much. Remove the shape and make it just grey. It removes the users attention from your offer. If you really want to be fancy then use a light greyscale-gradient. With light I mean not the color. I mean don't make the gradient too strong, if you make a gradient. But simple grey will do the job perfect.
By the way: same tip for the shopping cart icon in the red area. It distracts the reader. Make it smaller and put it above or beside the "Buy Now" Button or message or just leave it.
