S&box is actually Garry's Mod 2?

I remember seeing Garry respond to a question on a Reddit AMA saying that he wasn't expecting Gmod to get as big as it is now, and if he'd had known he would have called it Sandbox.
Probably where the name comes from? Then again S&Box is being mainly worked on by Layla and not Garry.
