Spoilers ahead, heed this as a fair warning (in pertinence to Captain Marvel).
I certainly think he will, but I'm not entirely sure if they'll have him as the main protagonist in Endgame.

At the end of Captain Marvel, Carol Denvers appears behind what's left of the Avenger's asking where Nick Fury was. I personally think she's going to mop the floor with him.
