S&box is actually Garry's Mod 2?

Yes I think S & Box is the new garry's mod for the simple reason that the developers are the same as Garry's mod and it's facepunch who takes care of the dev of the latter. In addition, there are a lot of nods visible to garry's mod in the notes of S & Box dev.
