On another forum I used to frequent ages ago this thread had over 1,000,000 replies.

Simply post a word that has some kind of association with the word posted in the post above you. It's your choice as to how that word is related.

An example would be

Someone says burger
Then someone says buns
Then someone says Bu.tt
Then sexy
Then Ferrari
Etc...

I start off with 7-11.
