Install error?

Hey everyone,
Having a bit of an issue with an initial install of IPB.

At first I was getting the following error when I navigated to the page:

Fatal error: require(): Failed opening required '/home/XXXXXX/public_html/forums/conf_global.php' (include_path='.:/opt/cpanel/ea-php70/root/usr/share/pear') in/home/XXXXXX/public_html/forums/system/Db/Db.phpon line153

I renamed the conf_global_dist.php to conf_global.php and now recieve this error..

Fatal error: Uncaught ErrorException: Class IPS\Request could not be loaded. I've been googling these errors all day without finding a solution.. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks so much.
