Paypal to bitcoin?

Does anyone here making exchanges through paypal. I bought a prepaid card last night and it turns out I can't use it to purchase an item I'd like, instead I have to use bitcoin. Does anyone here make exchanges, or know of a place where I could exchange it fast?
