Ive been playing cs go since early 2015, for that time i played over 2000 hours, and achieved nothing. After esl one katowice 2015 i decided to train hard and go semi-pro(atleast). From this moment i didnt play other games , cs go only, and i played around 3 hours a day. But for today my highest rank was LE, now i'm dmg(90% matches played solo). I tried different tips from anywhere(e.g tons of youtube videos, reddit submissions etc.). I played tons of maps with bots and FFA as a warmup. I tried changing settings starting with mouse sensitivity(from low to high and vice versa) ending my screen resolution. I tried watching different POV demos of pros. This christmas i got new mouse and headset. But it seems nothing actually helped me to play better. When i jump into MM/pug i dont feel the game. When i get into aim duel i either get headshotted or whiff my spray/ tapping. When i play MM with my lower ranked friends(mg1-mge) sometimes i suck. And this happens on daily basis. Sometimes i get really good games when im top fragging, high HS % etc, and i usually win those. But they happen not often. I tried to take a break from cs a few times, and it didnt help at all. The problem is, this summer i need to apply for the university, therefore ive got to prepare for my final school exams. Should i give up on playing cs go and finally start studying? Any advices will be pretty much appreciated! Sorry for my english.
