What got you into gaming?

Right time to be alive.

Gaming was taking big strides when I was young and it was exciting. I've had a console ever since I was like 5 or 6 and I never stopped.
It was a passion handed to me out of my parents wanting to distract my impressionable child mind. I think the same thing is happening to kids now with social media addiction.
