What is the best gym for a scrawny guy like me to work out and get jacked?

I agree, any gym will be just fine, you might feel nervous now but people at gym are usually friendly and willing to help, in the worst case they'll just be ignoring you and minding their own business so no problem there and you'll feel alot better once you start going to the gym
