When the opportunity presents itself, and you're in a specific type of situation (e.g. depressed and not giving a fuck, stupid and not giving a fuck, uneducated and not giving a fuck, manic and not giving a fuck, etc. etc.).

In my case, it was just a bad choice made upon the invitation to use with bad people during a particularly bad time of my life.
