You're starting off at the wrong point. You're just wanting to "get rich". Wrong approach. Do something you enjoy. You're only 15, you have a whole life ahead. Very few 15 year olds are "rich" unless they came from a rich family. Those who are rich are borderline genius.
If you want to start a business and have limited resources, you have to find the one thing people need and be the first to sell it.
